I recently purchased a fantastic Specialized Tarmac SL7 from The Bicycle Chain, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. First off, the price was unbeatable (20% off on a 2022 52cm frame, which is hard to come by!). After the purchase, the customer service was exceptional, from putting the bike together, to shipping, and even the follow-up support. I'm located in London, where there are plenty of solid bike shops, but I will surely return to The Bicycle Chain in the future since they are a wonderful family-run business that truly values their customers. Highly recommended!

The bare metal black parts were just tossed together in one bag, no cardboard to keep 'em from bending. Bike components ain't cheap, and I'm really surprised by how careless the packaging was. I ordered similar stuff from other sellers at the same time, and they came all nicely wrapped in bubble wrap with cardboard to prevent any damage.

The service here is fantastic, really helpful and well-informed about their products. Plus, they’re super friendly and not at all pushy. I've relied on them quite a bit. They always provide solid info to help you make a smart decision.

The folks in the shop are super helpful; they really understand bikes and are clearly riders themselves, so the guidance they provide makes picking the perfect bike a breeze. I had a fantastic experience from selecting my bike to picking it up.

I've been working with Adam over at the Bicycle Chain in Weston, and let me tell you, he's been amazing. Super helpful, really polite, and knows his stuff. There's plenty of parking right outside the shop, and I got to take the e-bikes for a spin. The seat was a bit too high for me, but Adam took care of it by trimming the seat post, which made a huge difference. Overall, the service has been top-notch, and I’d definitely recommend Bicycle Chain. I feel pretty confident that their after-sales support will be just as good as what I've experienced so far.
